Back when I started in 2021, my first task as the solo Digital Product Designer at Patagonia was to onboard the company in using Figma, and creating our Design System from scratch with our front end developers.
Today, we have four part-time contributors, over 200 components and 344 styles in 5 libraries, over 10K inserts in a week and being used by 30 teams.
